Prince William meets with Ukrainian refugees in Poland

Prince William traveled to Polish capital Warsaw, where he visited a Ukrainian refugee center and met some of the 300 women and children housed there.

“The welcoming community and supportive volunteers here are doing so much to help those in need. It’s clear to see how the 300 Ukrainian women and children staying here can remain so positive having experienced such hardship,” Prince William’s statement reads.

The Prince of Wales also visited British and Polish troops in the Polish border city of Rzeszow and thanked them for training the Ukrainian military.

“I traveled to Poland to meet British and Polish troops, where I heard about their extraordinary work in support of Ukraine. My message to them on behalf of all of us, thank you!” the message on the official Instagram account of The Prince and Princess of Wales says.
