“Putin’s imperialism must not be allowed to prevail”

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz stressed the importance of ongoing support for Ukraine in his address to the German Parliament.
He noted that courage was needed to create peace and that it was crucial that “Putin’s imperialism must not be allowed to prevail.” Scholz also added that there will be no peace deal without the involvement of the Ukrainian people.
