Reconstruction of Kharkiv will cost approximately $9.5 billion

The reconstruction of the eastern city of Kharkiv, constantly affected by Russian strikes, is estimated at $9.5 billion, Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov told Ukrainian television.

“Now strikes continue, and it is impossible to finally estimate all the damages inflicted on Kharkiv by the Russian aggressors. To reconstruct Kharkiv, $9.5 billion is needed,” said Terekhov.
