Record number of Ukrainians — 83% — support joining NATO

In the case of a referendum on Ukraine’s accession to NATO, 83% of Ukrainians would support this initiative — a record number in the entire history of observations, according to the Sociological Group “Rating” survey, which was conducted on October 1-2, 2022. In June 2022, 76% supported joining NATO.

In addition, 86% of respondents would support Ukraine’s accession to the European Union in the event of a referendum.
