He noted that Russia cannot win the war in Ukraine and must be held accountable for what he said were crimes of aggression and other war crimes.
“The Netherlands will do everything in our power to ensure justice for Ukraine, no matter how long and difficult the process may be,” stated the Dutch Prime Minister.
