Russia caused almost $138 billion in damage to Ukraine’s infrastructure

According to the Kyiv School of Economics assessments, as of December 2022, direct damage to Ukraine’s infrastructure caused by Russia’s full-scale war reached almost $138 billion.

The largest increase in damages is related to the destruction of the housing stock, educational institutions, and objects related to culture, religion and sports. The most affected spheres by the war are still infrastructure and industry and enterprise assets.
