Russia committed 242 crimes against Ukraine’s cultural heritage

Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine said it had recorded Russian war crimes against Ukraine’s cultural heritage in 11 out of the country’s 24 regions. Kharkiv, Donetsk, and Kyiv regions have suffered the most, the ministry reported on April 23, 2022.
