Russia deployed banned phosphorus munitions in Dnipropetrovsk region

According to Oleksandr Vilkul, head of Kryvyi Rih Military Administration, Russian troops have deployed phosphorus munitions banned by the Geneva Convention in Dnipropetrovsk region.

Russian troops are also deploying banned cluster munitions, different types of multiple rocket launchers, artillery, and mortars.

They target peaceful villages and civilian infrastructure, including residential houses and even evacuation convoys.
