Russia deported 9,400 children from Ukraine

Investigations established that Russia deported 9,400 Ukrainian children from the territory of Ukraine, Prosecutor General of Ukraine Andrii Kostin stated on October 31, 2022.

“We realize that the number of children who suffered from such crimes might be much higher,” Kostin said in an interview with Interfax-Ukraine.

The Prosecutor General of Ukraine noted that such actions by Russia are both a war crime and an element of genocide.
