Russia fired 18 cruise missiles on 8 Ukrainian regions on May 3, 2022

The Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine: “About 18 missiles were fired. They hit the infrastructure facilities in Dnipropetrovsk, Kirovohrad, Lviv, Vinnytsia, Kyiv, and Zakarpattia regions. Missile strikes were also launched on Odesa and Donetsk regions by other means.”

According to preliminary data, on May 3, 2022, at least eight cruise missiles were shot down by the air defense units of the Air Force and the Land Forces of Ukraine, the data are being specified. Moreover, seven drones and one missile could have been downed.

It is noted that the Russian army wants to preserve its aircraft and helicopters, so they do not enter the airspace controlled by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
