“Russia has already become the biggest source of terrorism in the world, and no other terrorist power leaves behind so many deaths. This must be recognized legally”

The discovery of a mass grave in Izium and torture chambers in Kharkiv region prompted President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy to call again on the international community to declare Russia a state sponsor of terrorism.

“Russia has already become the biggest source of terrorism in the world, and no other terrorist power leaves behind so many deaths. This must be recognized legally. The world must act. Russia must be recognized as a state sponsor of terrorism,” Zelenskyy said in a statement on Telegram.
