Russia has fired more than 5,000 missiles on Ukraine since the full-scale war began in February 2022, with 1,100 strikes made by drones and 3,500 separate air attacks, according to Ukrainian army officials.
Due to the beginning of the “high-precision missile starvation,” Russian troops are using Kh-22 air-based anti-ship cruise missiles to destroy the residential buildings in Ukraine, Deputy Chief of the Main Operational Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksiy Hromov said.
According to Hromov, the Ukrainian military shot down six enemy planes, two Russian helicopters, 80 cruise missiles and 84 drones in February 2023.
