Russia has used vacuum bombs in Ukraine, which are prohibited under Geneva Convention
Thermobaric bombs, or vacuum bombs, suck oxygen out of the environment to explode at a higher temperature than conventional bombs. Russia already used these bombs in the Ukrainian city of Okhtyrka in Sumy Oblast.
