Russia illegally holds more than 140 Ukrainian political prisoners
Russia illegally holds more than 140 Ukrainian citizens, Emine Dzheppar, First Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine, reported on December 8, 2022. She noted that Russia arrested them on politically motivated charges.
