Russia is a terrorist state. Wagner is a terrorist organization, stated Estonia’s Prime Minister Kaja Kallas. “When we think of terrorists, Russian soldiers should come to mind,” she noted, commenting on the video where Russian soldiers beheaded a Ukrainian defender alive.

“Terror was always deeply rooted in the arsenal of the Red Army, and it lives on — the collapse of the Soviet Union did not change a thing,” added Kallas.
