Russia is carrying out a massive strike on the critical infrastructure of Ukraine on October 31, 2022

On October 31, 2022, Russian forces massively attacked Ukraine with missiles again, hitting energy and critical infrastructure facilities.

According to officials, Russian forces hit critical infrastructure in Kyiv region, so, in some areas, electricity and water disappeared.

In Cherkasy region, Russian missiles struck critical infrastructure objects, and part of the region was cut off, according to the head of the regional military administration.

Russians attacked the Kharkiv region with S-300 missiles, damaging critical infrastructure facilities.

Ukrainian officials also report attacks on the critical infrastructure of Chernivtsi, Kirovohrad, Zaporizhzhia, and Dnipropetrovsk regions. Several missiles were shot down by the Ukrainian army.

Russian missiles and drones hit ten regions damaging 18 objects, mostly energy facilities, according to the report of the Prime Minister of Ukraine.
