Russia is planning forced mobilization of Kherson region residents to fight against Ukraine
Russian forces in Kherson region are planning to conduct a forced mobilization of the local residents in the war against Ukraine, announced General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook as of 06:00 on April 21, 2022.
The other goal of the invaders was to halt all humanitarian aid supplied by the Ukrainian government. The locals are being held in constant fear.
For example, representatives of the Russian occupation forces held a meeting with the residents of Zolota Balka village in the Kherson region, where they announced that there would be no more “green corridors” and banned people from leaving the village.
They also warned that if the Armed Forces of Ukraine opened fire on their positions, Russian troops would start shelling the village. The occupiers continue to carry out searches of locals’ homes.
