Russia massively attacks Ukraine on October 19, 2022, hitting critical infrastructure in several regions

In the afternoon of October 19, 2022, Russian forces massively attacked Ukrainian regions with missiles and kamikaze drones. Ukrainian Armed Forces intercepted several missiles and drones.

• Kyiv and the Kyiv region. Several explosions sounded in Ukraine’s capital. According to the local authorities, the explosions were related to the operation of anti-aircraft defense.
