“Russia should be recognized as a terrorist state”

“Cynical and brutal shelling of Ukrainian cities: Mykolaiv, Chasiv Yar, Vinnytsia. Dozens of civilians were killed. Russia continues its policy of intimidation and terrorism. And therefore, it should be recognized as a terrorist state at the international level. I emphasized this during a conversation with the U.S. Agency for International Development Administrator, Samantha Power,” wrote the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Denys Shmyhal.

“The U.S. support with President Biden’s leadership in our fight against the aggressor is unprecedented. Military, economic, and humanitarian aid helps save the lives of many Ukrainians every day. And we are grateful to our partners for this,” the Ukrainian Prime Minister added.
