Russia systematically kidnaps Ukrainian children

Commissioner of the Ukrainian President for Children’s Rights and Rehabilitation Daria Herasymchuk noted that Russia systematically kidnaps Ukrainian children from temporarily occupied territories.

According to her, Russian actions are systematic and cannot be classified as chaotic and unplanned.

Russian invaders target children whose parents were killed or imprisoned, as well as children living in orphanages. Some children were also taken away from their families under the pretext of going to a children’s recreational camp.
