On March 26, 2023, Estonia’s Prime Minister Kaja Kallas paid tribute to all Estonians who suffered deportation to Siberia by the Soviets. “Russia uses the same terror tactics in Ukraine. We must end this cycle of aggression,” stated Estonian PM in light of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine. “Ukraine must win. Russia must be held accountable for all crimes committed,” added Kaja Kallas.
