Russian aggressor must face justice. The Hague is waiting

President of Lithuania Gitanas Nausėda stated that the decision of the International Criminal Court to open a case against Putin and to establish the International Center for the Prosecution of the Crime of Aggression against Ukraine was an important step forward towards holding Russia to account.

“The Hague is waiting. The aggressor must face justice,” said Nausėda.

“We must boost up our efforts to establish a special tribunal for Russian crimes of aggression,” the Lithuanian President added.
