Russian army deliberately kills civilians and shells civilian infrastructure
During the evacuation from the occupied village in the Kyiv region, the chief bibliographer of the Shevchenko Studies Department of the Institute of Literature of the National Academy of Sciences Oleh Oleksandrovych Kozak and his minor son Yaroslav were killed, reported Ukrainian Ombudsperson.
