Russian attack on Dnipropetrovsk region killed 13 Ukrainians on the night of August 10, 2022

Valentyn Reznichenko, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration: “It was a tragic night… .” According to him, 13 civilians were killed, 11 injured, and 5 of them in serious condition.

Russians have twice used Grads [multiple-launch rocket systems] to fire on the district, launching 80 rockets on residential neighborhoods. It was a deliberate and ruthless attack on civilians sleeping in their homes.”
