Russian aviation bombs Chernihiv with incendiary bombs, which are explicitly prohibited by international law
The State Emergency Service of Ukraine has published footage of rescuers working in Chernihiv demining unexploded ordnance. The high-explosive fragmentation and incendiary bomb OFZAB-500 are recognized in the footage.
