Russian forces attack Kherson, leaving killed and injured

According to Oleksandr Prokudin, head of Kherson Regional Military Administration, and Andrii Yermak, head of the President’s Office of Ukraine, the Russian military is attacking the center of the city of Kherson on the morning of Apr. 18, 2023. At least one person was killed, and seven people are currently known to be injured.
