Russian forces destroyed key civilian infrastructure facilities before leaving Kherson

Russian troops destroyed all the critical infrastructure in Kherson: communications, water, heat, and electricity supply, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said in his latest address.

Ukrainian authorities are trying to restore essential services in Kherson and ask residents not to return to the city before time as the mine danger remains high.
