According to the Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Valentyn Reznichenko, Russian forces were shelling the Dnipropetrovsk region all night of October 19, 2022. Head of Kryvyi Rih Military Administration, Oleksandr Vilkul, said that Russia launched rocket fire overnight on an energy facility, causing “serious destruction” and shelling residential buildings.

Zaporizhzhia was also attacked overnight, with Russia firing on “critical infrastructure.”
