Russian forces sustained significant losses in dozens of attacks on Bakhmut

Russian forces suffered significant losses after launching dozens of attacks around the eastern city of Bakhmut during the past 24 hours, General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on Mar. 7, 2023.

According to the Ukrainian military, Russia has carried out 37 attacks near the village of Dubovo-Vasylivka, northwest of Bakhmut.

Russian troops have lost around five soldiers for every Ukrainian soldier killed in the battle for Bakhmut, a NATO official has told CNN earlier.
