Russian invaders kidnapped and tortured a secretary of Nova Kakhovka City Council

Russian forces have kidnapped and tortured local official Dmytro Vasiliev in Nova Kakhovka, Kherson region, to make him publicly welcome the Russian occupation. The wife of the secretary Lyudmila Vasylyiva stated that the occupiers are pressuring Vasylyiv to abandon his loyalty to the Ukrainian cause and support the Russian occupational regime. She said that he is both under physical and moral pressure, including elements of torture.
