Russian military shelled Energodar, leaving most of the city without electricity

On morning of October 30, Russian troops attacked a power substation in Energodar.
Energodar Mayor Dmytro Orlov discussed this in his Telegram post: “The occupiers in Enerhodar started Sunday morning with provocations. Now, as a result of the shelling in the industrial zone, most of the city was left without electricity. Preliminary, they hit one of the substations,” Orlov noted.
