Russian missile hit a nine-story residential building in Odesa region
Russian missile has struck a nine-story block of flats and two other buildings nearby in Ukraine’s southern Odesa region, killing at least 20 people and wounding 38.
The missile struck the building at night in the village near town of Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi — which lies about 80 kilometers south of the city of Odesa. It also caused a fire in an attached store building.
Referring to the first missile, Serhii Bratchuk, spokesman for the Odesa Regional Administration, told Ukrainian state television that some people remained buried under the rubble after a section of the apartment building collapsed.
