Russian missiles hit Odesa while European Council President Charles Michel was in town

“Russian missiles strike Odesa almost every day, as they did today — right during my joint visit with Charles Michel,” Prime Minister of Ukraine, Denys Shmyhal, wrote on Telegram.
“The Odesa region came under a rocket attack as four Oniks missiles were fired from the Bastion missile system stationed in the temporarily occupied Crimea,” the statement of the Odesa City Council said.
According to the statement, the Russians continue to destroy regional infrastructure and exert psychological pressure on the civilian population.
