Russian shelling of a residential building in Kharkiv killed at least 7 people, wounded 16

On the evening of August 17, Russians launched a missile attack on a dormitory in Saltivsky district of Kharkiv city. Russian strike killed at least seven people, 16 more injured, Ukraine’s state emergencies services said. Ukraine’s president, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, said a block of flats was “totally destroyed … We will not forgive, we will take revenge.”

On the morning of August 18, Russians shelled Kharkiv again. According to Kharkiv regional governor, Oleh Syniehubov, at least one person has been killed and 18 others were injured in the attack.
