Russian special services increased their activity in Eastern European countries
Russia’s agents were ordered to identify and track the routes of delivering weapons to Ukraine.
To determine the delivery schemes and the number of weapons transferred to Ukraine by partner countries, Russian military attachés in EU countries received an order through closed communication channels to activate the recruitment of police officers and citizens involved in weapon transportation. Russian special services attempt to use local community representatives and pro-Russian activists in regions bordering Ukraine.
Instead, having received Russian proposals for cooperation, the Europeans immediately call the police and security agencies.
