Russian troops blocked work of the humanitarian center in occupied Berdiansk and detained volunteers
According to the city municipal authorities, armed people arrived at the center, blocked the doors, and took all the workers and volunteers to the assembly hall. “It is unknown what is happening there. There is no connection with any of the employees of the center.” Russian forces currently occupy Berdiansk.
