Russian troops closed the exit from Melitopol to conduct a “conscription campaign” there

Russian troops are blocking the exit from Melitopol to conduct a “conscription campaign” there, as reported by the press service of the Zaporizhzhia Regional State Administration. They explained that the occupiers wanted to “replenish manpower in this way.”
At the same time, as noted in the report, Melitopol residents started to receive SMS messages from the Russian invaders, demanding to inform them about the planned evacuation of civilians. In addition, the occupiers are spreading fake information that the Armed Forces of Ukraine allegedly prepared for massive shootings and killings of civilians during the evacuation.
