Russian troops shelled central Kharkiv, killing at least five civilians

Five people have been killed and 13 injured in Russia’s shelling of Kharkiv downtown today, according to Suspilne, citing Health Department of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
Russian troops shelled central Kharkiv on the afternoon of April 17, 2022. As of 15:00, five people have been reported dead and 13 wounded in the wake of the shelling. Rescuers are working at the site.
