Russian troops shelled evacuation bus in Luhansk region

Serhii Haidai, head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration: “An evacuation bus with residents of the Hirske territorial community was shelled near Vrubivka. Fortunately, all the passengers are alive and have already reached safety. Evacuations and humanitarian deliveries are currently extremely difficult to organize; only a single trip is possible each day. The number of people who want to leave is rising. The shelling is intensifying.”
