Russians are stealing grain from Ukraine to cause an artificial famine of Holodomor 2.0 — Ministries of Agrarian Policy and Foreign Affairs of Ukraine

“The Russians are using the tactics of the early twentieth century to steal grain and export it from Ukraine. Today we have confirmed the fact, that a total of several hundred thousand tons of grain were exported from Kherson, Zaporizhzhia, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions,” said Taras Vysotskyi, Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.

According to him, there are about 1.5 million tons of grain in these areas in the farm stocks formed for sowing, as well as for processing (for making flour and baking bread). There is a high risk that all these stocks will be stolen by the Russians.

Earlier, the website of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory of the Russian Federation published a text about plans to “expropriate the surplus harvest of farmers in the Kherson region.”

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine stressed that such a decision of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory is nothing more than a direct continuation of the criminal policy of the Soviet government responsible for the Holodomor of 1932-1933 and the mass artificial famine of 1921-1923 and 1946-1947.
