Russians committed over 1,600 war crimes in Kharkiv region
Investigators of the National Police of Ukraine have registered 1,601 Russian war crimes committed in the territories of Kharkiv region before their liberation, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine reported.
According to the report, most of the committed war crimes — 1,421 — are related to violations of the laws and customs of war.
