Russians fired 9 missiles at Mykolaiv on July 14, 2022, hitting a hotel, educational institutions, and infrastructure facilities

Mykolaiv came under a massive missile attack on Thursday morning, July 14, 2022, according to Head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration Vitalii Kim. Reports from officials on the ground said the city was shelled with 9 missile strikes from an S-300 surface-to-air missile system.

The shelling targeted the Mykolaiv Hotel, two educational institutions, and a trolleybus depot, according to 1st Capt. Natalia Humeniuk, head of the United Coordination Press Center of the Security and Defense Forces of the South of Ukraine.
