Russians hit critical infrastructure facility in Khmelnytskyi region; there are wounded

Critical infrastructure facility was hit, people are wounded and buildings and houses have been damaged as a result of Russian attack on Khmelnytskyi region, Mayor of Khmelnytskyi Oleksandr Symchyshyn reported. “Educational institutions, medical facilities, administrative buildings, industrial facilities, residential buildings and private houses have been damaged as a result of the blast waves in Khmelnytskyi,” Symchyshyn wrote.
