Russians shelled Kharkiv, seven people killed
According to the Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, Russian forces shelled Kharkiv; at least seven people are known to be killed, 17 injured.
The authorities urge everyone to stay in the shelters.
