Russians shut down the Kakhovska Hydroelectric Power Plant

The Kakhovska Hydroelectric Power Plant was shut down by Russian invaders. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed this on Facebook:
“The enemy’s illegal acts in Kherson region continue. As a result, the Russian invaders turned off the Kakhovska HPP, causing a blackout in some parts of Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions.”
