Russians won’t pass: YouControl created the TyHto application for instant identity verification

The YouControl team, assisted by Artellence and the Security Service of Ukraine, has developed a free TyHto application. It is a helpful tool for Territorial Defense Forces and National Police of Ukraine that helps them check individuals at checkpoints or in the streets during curfew.

In order to verify the data, the application asks for the name, passport number, and date of birth of the person being checked. You can also take a photo of the person and compare it with the passport photo to see if there is a match. In addition, the platform checks the vehicles to find out if they have their legal number plates.
