Russia’s missile strikes on Lviv region left 250,000 people without power

According to the Head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration, Maksym Kozytskyi, “More than 85,000 households and more than 12 settlements were completely de-energized. Another five settlements were partially de-energized. About 250,000 people were left without electricity.”

Lviv Mayor Andrii Sadovyi said that medical facilities in the regional center were immediately switched to backup power, which helped avoid possible tragedies. Water supply systems were also transferred to the backup power supply. Now they have returned to the regular operation mode.
