Russia has launched more than 145 airstrikes across Ukraine for the past few days, injuring dozens of Ukrainians, Principal Deputy Spokesperson at the U.S. Department of State Vedant Patel said at a press briefing in Washington. “Since May 1st, Russia has launched more than 145 airstrikes across Ukraine. That means Russia has launched more than one missile, one drone, or bomb every hour, 24 hours a day for four straight days,” Patel said.
According to him, the United States will never look away from what is happening in Ukraine and Russia’s brutal attacks on civilian infrastructure. “While Ukraine puts its air defenses to good use, Russia’s cowardly attacks have still injured and killed more than a hundred innocent civilians across the country in the last three days alone, including at least five children,” Patel said.
