Siverskyi Donets river floods as a result of a blown up dam
The Oskil Reservoir dam was destroyed in the past few days. The river is flooding the lands to the south of the dam and has already reached the towns of Studenok and Sviatohirsk.
Vitaliy Moroz, Sviatohirsk Village Council representative, published a video of the effects of the Siverskyi Donets flooding across from the Sviatohirsk Lavra on his Facebook page.
