Spanish Foreign Minister arrived in Kyiv to donate 30 ambulances to Ukraine

Spain’s Foreign Minister Jose Manuel Albares arrived in Kyiv on October 2, 2022, to deliver 30 ambulances to Ukraine, the press office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Spain told CNN.
Albares took an overnight train from Przemysl, Poland, to Ukraine. His visit to the Ukrainian capital had previously been kept secret. The donated ambulances are specially equipped to handle pregnant women.
“Just arrived in Kyiv to convey Spain’s commitment and support to the people and government of Ukraine in defense of its sovereignty, peace and freedom; and support and thank the members of the Embassy of Spain in Ukraine for their work,” Albares wrote on Twitter.
